Keep contact with internal and external customer/courrier/forwarder to ensure for timely arrival/ delivery of samples
Liaise with customers if any discrepancies and follow up on next of actions
Proactively inform internally on the ETA or any potential shipment delays to avoid any downtime
Receive the inquiries (through email, phone, web...) and make quotation for customers (internal or external) on the VIP list or assigned by Food Lab managers basing on current capability
Cooperate with others (Sale, CS, Lab team, Technical team) to provide the good advices and offers to clients.
Keep good relationship with existing clients in routine orders and renew the yearly contract
Perform other assignments from Sale Supervisor/Managers
Yêu cầu công việc
At least 3 years of working experience in import field related to food sector and 1 year experience in sales of related products or services
English level C equivalent
Good communication skill
