This internship supports core accounting operations within the Finance function. The position reinforces transaction accuracy, documentation integrity, and month-end discipline. It exists as an execution-focused role that builds foundational accounting capability while sustaining the department's operational throughput.
Reporting to: Senior Accountant

Accounts Receivable Operations
Process customer invoices and support 3-way matching against sales orders and goods issues.
Enter approved invoices into the accounting system with strict accuracy standards.
Prepare collection batches for Senior Accountant review.
Maintain AR documentation through systematic filing and organization.
Execute monthly cash collection reconciliation and AR aging preparation.
Finance Administration
Scan, file, archive all finance documents including invoices, contracts, bank statements, and receipts.
Support data entry and basic reconciliations during month-end closing.
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the finance team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Currently a 3rd or 4th year student in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Having previous internship experience at another company is an advantage.
Understanding of basic accounting principles including debits, credits, and AR workflows.
Ability to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months.
Prior internship experience beneficial but not required.
