JOB DESCRIPTION
Execute brand activities to achieve brand objectives
Contribute idea to select suitable agencies to run campaign based on agency list
Negotiate with agencies, KOLs, talents about cost and KPIs
Product development:
Follow up packaging and formula development
Advertising and promotion:
Execute & report the implementation of assigned promotion activities
Brand performance monitoring:
Site check market to observe POSM, product status
Get feedbacks from retailers & end-user
Monitor competitors' activities
Collect sales data as requested
Administration task
REQUIREMENTS
University degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related majors
Internally and externally recognized and valued as an expert in own field
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese language
Creative thinking, have sense of marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop:
Develop new items/suppliers
Price negotiation with suppliers to make sure competitive price
Contract management
Build up relationships with suppliers
Delivery:
Sourcing & developing new supplier,
Monthly managing supplier performance to catch up with company targets.
Negotiating prices with local and overseas suppliers;
Doing system job to manage delivery;
Monthly analysis material cost by model, and item;
Solving issues with suppliers to meet production schedule;
Training new vendors & maintaining relationships with vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from University, major in Supply chain management, international business, foreign trade or related
Fluent in MS Office especially Excel
Fluent in English skills
Strong knowledge of raw material, production process, purchasing order, delivery management, cost & quality, Planing and using ERP system;
Good ability to calculate and manage exactly the data
