OBM:
1. Define the potential markets to launch Taisun's categories/products.
2. Evaluate and conclude the target markets in order to create efficient approach strategies and plans.
3. Define the potential distributors from potential markets/target countries. Use all tools, platforms and analysis to ensure effectiveness.
4. Work together with distributors to conclude the marketing strategies to catch market objectives.
5. Establish new distributors. Research and evaluate all market potentials and risks to maximize business growth.
OEM:
1. Using trade/custom data, e-commerce platforms or other connections flexiblely to approach the potential retailers/label owner.
2. Developing and implementing commercial strategies to maintain differentiated levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Managing, measuring, and reporting on the team's performance against sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
4. Work closely with Taisun departments internally to ensure and smooth OEM process.
5. Taking responsibility for export documentation procedures.
Working conditions:
Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.
Working hour: [protected info] (Monday - Friday)
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: University, Bachelor of Economics International Trade, Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience: at least 1 years working for FMCG or F&B, Beverage....
Trained courses: Good at computing skills, email, internet, online shopping, business English & Chinese.
Skills: International sales skill, communication and negotiation skills, dynamic and loyalty.
