Key objectives
• Play a crucial role in managing data retrieval and analysis within our organization
• Transform data into actionable insights that enhance the value of our business
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and Manage BI Solutions:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain standard business metrics inside enterprise business intelligence solutions
• Create reports and dashboards to improve business processes and decision-making.
• Troubleshoot performance issue related to dashboard/dataset and implement optimize solution.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating data for new and existing dataset
2. Data Modelling:
• Analyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models.
• Work closely with Data Engineer to implement change to data warehouse as needed
3. Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strategies using technology solutions (PowerBI, PowerApps, Databricks, .etc)
• Adjust access to the data and the reports as needed
• Interpret trends and patterns in data to drive informed decision-making.
4. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in computer science, business or related field
- Experience: Experience with SQL, Python and Spark/Databricks
- Skills:
-- A problem solver and critical thinker, can-do attitude.
-- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
-- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Công ty TNHH FrieslandCampina Việt Nam bắt đầu thực hiện hoạt động phát triển ngành sữa tại Việt Nam từ năm 1995 với mức đầu tư mỗi năm khoảng 1 triệu đô la Mỹ. Hơn 2.400 hộ nông dân đã được ký hợp đồng thu mua và thường xuyên được huấn luyện, kiểm tra, đang cung cấp khoảng 170 tấn sữa chất lượng mỗi ngày (chiếm 23- 25% lượng sữa tươi của cả nước). FrieslandCampina Việt Nam không chỉ cung cấp cho người dân mỗi năm hơn 1,5 tỷ suất sữa chất lượng cao, với các nhãn hiệu đã được người dân Việt Nam tin yêu như Dutch Lady, Friso, YoMost, Fristi, Completa... mà còn tạo ra hơn 15 ngàn việc làm trực tiếp và gián tiếp cho người lao động tại Việt Nam.
FrieslandCampina Việt Nam trở thành công ty đầu tiên tại Việt Nam nhận được cả 4 chứng chỉ quốc tế cho các hệ thống quản lý ISO 9000:2008 (về chất lượng), ISO 14000:2004 (về môi trường) và ISO 22000:2005 (về an toàn thực phẩm) và OHSAS 18001: 2007 (về an toàn và sức khỏe nghề nghiệp) của Bureau Veritas.
