Responsible for OTB forecasting and product planning of Brands.
Closely works with global planning and merchant team as well as local buying team to ensure the right weighted mix of each category, department, and styles count...
Develops product cycle, sales cycle to ensure planning accuracy and appropriate inventory levels.
Strategizes sales plan, including seasonal product launch, EOSS, yearly sale events... to reduce excess inventory level and ensure sales target is met.
Reviews monthly sales and OTB with the Group Brand Manager to proactively remedy Potential opportunities and problems.
Coordinates with the Retail/Operations team for seasonal product launch and gets feedback.
Monitors daily, weekly, and monthly sell-through. Leads the product team to develop a promotional scheme for pushed style and ensure high sell-through of the season.
Conducts post-launch evaluation analysis of the major program and season.
Develops a plan for seasonal product training and product launch.
Coordinates with Visual Merchandising and Marketing team for seasonal initiatives.
Coordinates with finance, supply chain, and accounting to ensure OTB, shipment delivery... are aligned with the plan.

Proficient in handling large datasets using Power Query & Power BI.
Skilled in analyzing, summarizing, and presenting insights to executives (data visualization is a plus).
Knowledge of retail, preferably fashion; strong understanding of merchandise metrics and purchasing processes.
Critical thinker with the ability to connect data points into a clear story.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
