JOB DESCRIPTION
General:
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve outstanding items and improve data quality.
- Adhere to internal controls and regulatory /process requirements related to reconciliation.
- Reconciliation (60%):
- Support to compare and verify data from multiple sources, including internal systems, and third-party reports.
- Support to identify and investigate discrepancies, ensuring all transactions are properly accounted for.
- Support to resolve reconciliation issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support to maintain detailed records of reconciliation activities and findings.
- Data Analysis (40%):
- Support to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of risk as well as improvement.
- Support to develop and generate reports to communicate findings and insights to the stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and improvement of reconciliation processes based on data and company workflows
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology-related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Accounting or other related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) and data manipulation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Basic understanding of data analysis principles and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- A strong work ethic, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn
