POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Data & Process Automation Intern to support the Strategy & Marketing team. This role is designed for a tech-savvy student who is passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights and applying Automation & AI to streamline business operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Intelligence & Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain advanced PowerBI Dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for management and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and lead the implementation of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Python, or API integrations to reduce manual workload.
AI Application: Research and apply AI tools (Generative AI, Machine Learning concepts) to enhance data processing speed, content generation, and system efficiency.
Data Integrity Management: Oversee the accuracy of customer and market data collected from Sales, Service, and Business Partner channels by building automated validation checks.
Digital Transformation Support: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements for new digital tools and support the deployment of digitalization projects across departments.

Education: 3rd or 4th-year student majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Good in PowerBI (DAX is a plus) or similar visualization tools.
Good understanding of SQL and database management.
Knowledge of Process Automation (Power Automate, Zapier) or scripting languages (Python, R) is highly preferred.
Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning applications in business is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Language: Intermediate in English (Reading & Writing).

Time: (Discussable) Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
