1. Business Insight Enablement
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs that support business strategies
Translate business needs into visual analytics (dashboards, reports) using Superset or equivalent BI tools
Promote data adoption and guide teams on self-service analytics.
2. Data Governance & Framework
Collaborate across departments to maintain a consistent data dictionary and metadata standards
Monitor compliance with data policies and ensure adherence to privacy/protection regulations
Ensure data traceability and auditability in all reports and outputs.
3. Data Lifecycle & Modeling
Curate, organize, and manage structured datasets for analytical use
Work with the Data Engineer to ensure data pipelines meet business analysis requirements
Document dataset logic and structure in an accessible knowledge base.
4. Analytical Support & Root Cause Analysis
Conduct targeted analyses to support strategy, budgeting, and performance monitoring
Identify anomalies or underperformance in KPIs and communicate insights clearly
Support predictive or advanced analytics in partnership with tech/data teams.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as the key contact point for business teams needing data insight or visualization support
Train users in dashboard use, interpretation of metrics, and data literacy practices
Maintaining relationships with functional leads to anticipating upcoming data needs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Strong SQL/ excel and database management skills (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Athena Redshift) are the must.
Knowledge of Python for analytical tasks is a strong plus
Familiarity with data governance principles and experience in enforcing them
Experienced in business requirement analysis and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, or relevant majors

Minimum working experience: 3+ years in BI/Data Analysis or Specialist role, ideally in enterprise environments.
