What You'll Do
Assist with month-end financial reports
Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
Assist with audits
Post journal entries
Balance sheet reconciliation
Work with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts
Manage the monthly tracking of our physical inventory/assets
Input accounting data into the NetSuite system
Check data on NetSuite system to ensure that information is correct and the documentation is sufficient
Support the payment processing team
Support monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management
Other tasks assign by CA
Supporting other teams as needed
Who You Are
A recognized university degree in Finance & Accounting
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Be experienced in ERP, Accounting System (an advantage)
Good at Microsoft Word, Excel.. is a must
Highly motivated with a desire to learn
Attention to detail, the ability to multitask
Be able to commit to work full-time for at least 3 months
