JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
As the Growth Marketing Specialist, you are the lead engineer of the MAAS automated marketing engine. This is a deeply technical and data-driven role where you will architect, build, and optimize the systems that drive our customer acquisition. You will be responsible for everything from managing paid campaigns to building our customer database and implementing automation flows. Your mission is to leverage technology and data to build a scalable, efficient growth machine that directly impacts revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Paid Acquisition Engine: Manage and optimize multi-channel paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn) with a relentless focus on maximizing SQLs and ROI.
Architect Marketing Automation Flows : Design, build, and maintain automation workflows (e.g., using Zapier, Make) for lead nurturing, content distribution, and data synchronization between systems.
Develop the Customer Database: Build and manage our "Analytical Database" of customer pain points and profiles, leveraging this data to personalize marketing campaigns.
Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze the full marketing funnel, conduct A/B tests on landing pages and ad creatives, and implement changes to continuously improve conversion rates.

Skills & Experience
Proven, hands-on experience (1-2 years min.) managing performance marketing campaigns with a clear track record of results.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, ActiveCampaign) is a significant advantage.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
Deep proficiency in data analysis using Google Analytics, Excel, and other relevant platforms.
Knowledge of AI applications in marketing is a strong plus.
