YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.International and Domestic Express:
- In charge for sending goods/documents abroad/ domestic.
- Create the bills/invoices for teammate/embassy to make sure the sending information is corrected.
- Work with shipping company such as DHL/FedEx/UPS/ New post to make sure the goods/documents are sending on time and no lost.
- Deal with Vietnam customs or related person to clear all shipments are stucked if has.
- In charge for receiving goods/documents and deliver to right person.
- Work with teammate to make sure the sending information is corrected and follow the guidelines.
- Support others Admin project when needed.
2.Payment: Incharge payment for one of supplier for Business trip and others upon request.
3.Sharing welcome desk:
- Welcome guest with a professional way.
- Manage visitor in and out.
- Mange reception area: Well organized the area. Ready to welcome guest. Always apply 5S in the area.
