Join our CloudOps team and play a key role in building, running, and evolving production environments for international customers. You'll work hands-on with modern cloud and on-prem infrastructures, collaborating closely with skilled technical teams across projects and operations.
In this role, you'll be trusted with real responsibility, from delivering critical infrastructure projects to keeping high-availability systems running smoothly in AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments.
What you'll do
Contribute to customer IT projects end-to-end, including server installations, upgrades, and patching on Unix/Linux systems
Operate, manage, and support Linux/Unix environments and virtualization platforms (Xen, Proxmox, VMware, Nutanix)
Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization
Investigate and resolve incidents reported by users or detected by monitoring tools
Take ownership of high-priority incidents, such as service outages or data-critical issues
Automate operational tasks by developing and maintaining shell scripts
Implement and manage technical changes in line with ITIL best practices
Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and team growth
You'll work in real production environments with global customers
You'll gain exposure to both cloud (AWS & Azure) and on-prem technologies
You'll have room to automate, improve, and modernize systems-not just keep the lights on
Your work will directly impact system stability, performance, and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or a related field
Solid foundation in Linux and Unix system administration
Hands-on experience with shell scripting for automation and operational tasks
Exposure to Cloud services (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a strong plus
Highly motivated team player with a collaborative mindset
Customer-focused, results-driven, and comfortable working in production environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Professional, reliable, flexible, and trustworthy
English proficiency: TOEIC ≥ 701, IELTS ≥ 5.5, or B2 level
