About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Developer to join our Adult & Feminine Care team. In this role, you will lead projects to develop new products and improve existing ones for the IISEA region. From idea generation to commercialization, you will play a key part in creating products that meet consumer needs and drive business growth.
What You'll Do:
Develop and Improve Products: Work with marketing and global R&D teams to create innovative products and enhance current offerings.
Lead Projects: Manage product qualification and implementation to ensure successful launches.
Innovate: Research and design creative solutions, develop prototypes, and bring fresh ideas to life.
Ensure Quality: Prepare product and material specifications, and verify design and process feasibility.
Collaborate Globally: Share knowledge and leverage global resources to accelerate time-to-market.
Optimize Costs: Drive cost transformation initiatives without compromising quality.
Mentor & Support: Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior team members.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Science or Engineering.
Skills: Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
Experience:
Required: Collaborative mindset and integrity in a professional environment.
Preferred: 1+ years in FMCG product development, familiarity with MS Office and AutoCAD.
