Responsibility
Application Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Windows applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring smooth cross-platform functionality.
Platform Integration: Utilize C, C#, and C++ for integrating Flutter with native Windows/Mobile functionalities and libraries for optimal performance.
Code Quality & Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while optimizing application performance.
Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, best practices and provide constructive feedback to team members, actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and stable applications, with the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and development processes.
Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve software defects and issues reported by clients or internal teams. Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems to ensure optimal software performance.

Mandatory
Bachelor / Master degree, major in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field
Flutter & Dart: Advanced knowledge of Flutter and Dart, with proven experience in developing Windows/Mobile applications.
Experience in Cross platform development using Flutter for Android, iOS, Windows.
Strong knowledge on OOP, SOLID
Strong understanding of MVVM/MVC/MVP architecture, Reactive patterns and dependency injection.
Experience with multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
Hands on with isolates, File handling, Streams and Bloc concepts.
UI/UX Principles: Ability to work closely with designers to implement engaging and responsive UI/UX designs.
Good at English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-have:
Knowledge of BLE, sensor integration, or location services.
Experience with embedded systems or full-stack Flutter development.
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence
