Job purpose: The position holder will demonstrate accountability for assisting Marketing Manager implement the annual marketing plan of a group of product portfolio in the assigned market to meet the business objectives.
Tasks & Responsibility
1. Marketing planning and implementing
1.1. Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Executive.
1.2. Implement marketing campaigns and monitor their performance.
1.3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
1.4. Communication Support:
- Coordinate with the Marketing Executive to implement communication campaigns.
- Manage and update content on the company's social media channels and website.
1.5. Event Organization:
- Assist in organizing events, seminars, exhibitions, and other activities.
- Liaise and coordinate with event service providers.
1.6. Create Product Publications and Materials:
- Assist in creating, editing, and updating product publications and materials.
- Work with relevant departments to ensure the accuracy and update of materials.
2. Market Intelligence
2.1. Gather, analyze, and interpret data on market conditions, competitors, and consumer behavior.
2.2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
2.3. Collect tender information:
- Collect and analyze tender information to support the business development of the product portfolio.
- Monitor and report on new tender opportunities.
3. Salesforce support
3.1. Support in organizing product training courses in team
3.2. Support sales team to design product presentations
4. Others
4.1. Ensure all MKT activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to
4.2. Co-operate with other departments for roadshow (if any)
4.3. Carry special work as assigned by Management

Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, Biomedical Engineering
- Internship experience in a multi-national pharmaceutical company is advantageous
- Project management/ extracurricular activities
- Skills:
1. Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
2. Proficient in office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and basic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
3. Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English for relationship building and negotiation skills with your internal and external stakeholders virtually and in person
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, quick learner.
5. High creativity and innovation, passion for products and understanding customer needs, self-driven, adaptability, attention to detail, customer-centric mindset.
