FRESHER BUSINESS ANALYST (DxFAC)
YOUR ROLES
- You will join our Industrial Business Unit and work on digital transformation projects for factories - MES, WMS, CMMS, Production Planning & Scheduling.
- You will be trained by experienced Business Analysts and work on real projects from early on. You are not expected to know Business Analysis, and you are not expected to know anything about manufacturing.
- No prior BA experience required: We are hiring for potential, not for what is already on your CV.
BUSINESS ANALYST's RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn how businesses actually work: Sit in on interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions with senior BAs. Observe how a factory operates and where its processes break down. Learn to separate what someone *knows* from what they *assume* and what they *prefer*.
- Support requirement analysis: Help turn messy real-world problems into structured requirements. Contribute to process flows, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria. Read requirements critically and flag what is unclear, missing, or contradictory.
- Work with a real team: Collaborate with Senior BAs, Product, Development, and QA on live projects. Ask questions when something does not make sense. Receive feedback often, and act on it.
- Build your own capability: Learn BA tools, AI and automation tools, and the habit of capturing what you learn from each project.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You might be a final-year student, a recent graduate, or someone changing direction early in their career. Internship, coursework, or personal project experience is fine. Zero work experience is also fine. Four things matter:
- You can think in structure: You can take a messy problem, break it into parts, see how the parts connect, and explain why you reached your conclusion. You do not need to know the answer - you need to know how to go find it.
- You ask why, not just how: When someone tells you how something is done, you want to know the reason behind it. You are comfortable being dropped into a domain you know nothing about.
- You can be wrong without it being a crisis: You can say "I don't know" or "I think I got that wrong" and keep going. When something goes badly, your instinct is to work out what you missed rather than to defend your original position. This matters more to us than being right often.
- You move before being told: When you hit something you do not understand, you try an approach before asking someone for the answer - and you ask for help before you have burned three days on it.
- English: you can read professional documentation, discuss work, and write clearly enough to be understood.
What You Get
- Structured training in BA fundamentals - requirement analysis, process analysis, problem solving, stakeholder communication, documentation, solution validation.
- Real industrial projects, not theory: You will be looking at how actual factories run and where software can help.
- Specific mentorship: Senior BAs will give you direct feedback on how you ask questions, structure your analysis, explain your thinking, and handle stakeholders. Not generic coaching - feedback on what you actually did that week.
- AI and automation as normal tools: We use them to cut repetitive documentation work so analysts spend their time on analysis.
- A clear path: Fresher BA → Junior BA → Business Analyst → Senior BA / Consultant. Speed depends on you.
Nice to have
- Any exposure to software or digital transformation projects; a background in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics; case competitions, hackathons, research, or personal projects; any familiarity with BPMN, UML, SQL, Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Figma; an interest in AI and automation.
- If you have none of these, apply anyway. We mean this - these are tiebreakers, not filters.
How to Apply
- Send your CV and an Application Letter in English (400-700 words).
- We read every letter, and it carries more weight than your CV. It does not need to be formal or polished. Answer these three questions:
1. Find a broken process: Pick a process you have personally observed - your university's course registration, a coffee shop you worked at, a club you organized, a queue you stood in. Describe how it works now, where it breaks down, and what you would need to find out before proposing a change. We are not looking for a clever solution. We want to see what you noticed and what questions you would ask.
2. A problem you got stuck on: Describe something difficult from your studies, a project, or a job. What was the problem, how did you approach it, what did you do when you got stuck, and how did it end?
3. Something you changed your mind about: What did you believe, what made you reconsider, and what did you take away from it?
Use real, specific situations from your own life: Answers that could have been written by anyone - or by a language model - will not be prioritized. We can tell.
2. A problem you got stuck on: Describe something difficult from your studies, a project, or a job. What was the problem, how did you approach it, what did you do when you got stuck, and how did it end?
3. Something you changed your mind about: What did you believe, what made you reconsider, and what did you take away from it?

One Last Thing: We are not looking for the fresher who already knows the most. We are looking for someone curious enough to ask, structured enough to analyze, willing to challenge an assumption, honest enough to admit being wrong, and stubborn enough to keep learning.
