Support daily tasks assigned by Leader and BOD
Draft, store, and manage files, contracts, administrative documents, meeting minutes, and internal reports; provide translation/interpretation support when necessary.
Answer and direct phone calls; organize and schedule appointments.
Prepare, write, and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms.
Assist in the preparation, submission, and reconciliation of regular reports.
Maintain and manage the internal systems (e.g., Datamyne).
Book travel arrangements
Support recruitment activities, onboarding of new hires, and related administrative procedures.
Assist in organizing internal events, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
Liaise with Administrative Assistant Supervisor to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good Chinese competency in 4 skills
Internship or part-time experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secrectary, Sales Admin, or Office Admin Assistant.
University/College graduation with Human Resource/ Economic/ Business Administration major
Have a high responsibility, careful, have ability to work under high pressure and work over time when necessary
Fluency in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel)
Good planning and time management skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
