JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for providing
administrative and business development support to the Business Development
team.
Input data into
the Client Relationship Management (CRM) System.
Conduct online market
research if required.
Ensuring the CRM is fully updated with
complete and accurate information at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree qualifications
in either a related technical field or Business Administration, or substantial
relevant industry experience supporting a Commercial/Business Development
Department
Years of experience: This is an entry level
position, the employee must demonstrate a willingness to learn quantity
surveying processes and principles.
Years of experience: Entry Level to 1 Years of
post graduate work experience
Basic understanding of the technical aspects, costs
and scheduling of Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture and
Engineering Design and Project Management in order to be able to influence and
sell services to clients.
Basic time
management and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage work time,
and efficiently ensure that all administrative processes associated with
Business Development (for example, maintaining the CRM) are efficiently
undertaken.
Advanced written and spoken communication skills
including the ability to make clear and accurate translations where required.
Strong results
orientation and self-motivation.
Advanced written and spoken English skills are also
required.
