Job Description
Support to Execute, monitor, and evaluate Learning & Development programs
Coordinate in people development projects (e-Learning, coaching, learn and share sessions, etc.)
Implement and follow up development plan for employees (PDP).
Support to foster a learning culture through knowledge-sharing initiatives, cross-functional collaboration programs, etc.
Other Learning support activities as assigned.
Job requirements
Current third / final year students studying a bachelor's degree in the fields of Human Resources/Business Administration/Economics or related fields
GPA 7/10 or 2.8/4
Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with stakeholders.
Eager to learn with a growth mindset
Quickly adapt with new work environment
Proactive, can-do attitude, with strong ownership and a drive for continuous improvement.
Effective communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese
Willing to take 6-months duration
Ready to start from March 2026

2/ TAX INTERN
Responsibility:
To support with necessary works of in-house tax division, including but not limited to:
Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and reports;
Conduct research on tax regulations and compliance requirements;
Support the tax team in various tasks such as (i) arranging working documents for tax debt reconciliation with the tax authority and (ii) necessary tasks for tax audit preparation;
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for tax purposes;
Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:
Current third/final year students studying a bachelor's degree towards the fields of Economics, Accounting and Finance (No tax experience is required).
GPA 7/10 or 2.8/4
Knowledge and practice Power Query, Power BI, SQL, etc. is a plus
Effective communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese
Willing to take 6-month duration & ready to start from March 2026
