JOB DESCRIPTION
Support in daily operational tasks of the HR Department to different business groups.
Support in translation for HR-related documents and prepare HR-related reports, analyze data as needed.
Post job advertisements on suitable online channels for each position.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary assessments to select potential candidates.
Assist HR team in preparing necessary documents and welcoming new employees.
Organize and store employee files in a systematic manner to ensure easy retrieval.
Other tasks are to be assigned depending on potential and interest.
REQUIREMENTS
Working location in Tan Thuan EPZ, District 7.
3rd-year university students and above, available for full-time internships.
HR background or experience as a similar junior HR role is a plus.
Able to obtain a letter of recommendation from the university
A team player and quick learner, desire to work in Human Resources.
Passionate about the F&B industry with a clear career path in the future.
Hardworking and can work independently and under pressure, pay attention to details.
Good verbal and written English communication.
Strong interpersonal skills, handling confidential information with discretion and maturity.
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have: Experienced in coordinating and/or organizing events.
