JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Intelligence & Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain advanced PowerBI Dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for management and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and lead the implementation of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Python, or API integrations to reduce manual workload.
AI Application: Research and apply AI tools (Generative AI, Machine Learning concepts) to enhance data processing speed, content generation, and system efficiency.
Digital Transformation Support: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements for new digital tools and support the deployment of digitalization projects across departments

REQUIREMENTS
Education: 3rd or 4th-year student majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Good in PowerBI (DAX is a plus) or similar visualization tools.
Good understanding of SQL and database management.
Knowledge of Process Automation (Power Automate, Zapier) or scripting languages (Python, R) is highly preferred.
Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning applications in business is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Language: Intermediate in English (Reading & Writing).

JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service admin task
Handle sales contracts: prepare, obtain signatures, distribute to distributors, maintain organized filing.
Organize service contracts and related documents.
Prepare purchase orders for monthly and swift payments.
Compile payment documents for vendors (services, transport fees).
Issue Certificates of Origin and Quality (CO-CQ).
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Logistics assistant
Verify the accuracy, validity and consistency of shipping documents.
Receive Arrival Notices and Freight Invoices from forwarders and send to customs brokers for e-customs declarations.
Collaborate with third-party logistics to track shipments from customs clearance to delivery, ensuring timelines are met.
Input data into reporting systems.
Manage payment requisitions for 3PL services.
Prepare and submit payment requests through the system.
Transfer documents to the Accounting Department and maintain organized filing.
REQUIREMENTS
3rd/4th year students major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Foreign Trade or related specialties
Have knowledge of import-export business, logistics.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
