JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
Support the preparation of project documentations, including both technical and non-technical items, such as functional specifications, process diagrams (BPMN), project timelines, and status reports.
Collaborate with internal business units, technical teams & external vendors to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Support the QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases; track system issues and follow up until resolution.
Provide administrative and analytical support for key initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently studying or recently graduated in Information Technology, Management Information System or related fields.
Basic knowledge of business analysis and project management principles and techniques.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and proactive working style.
Proficient in Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Powerpoint/Canva, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Familiarity with requirement gathering and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.) is a plus.
