Assist with Process Improvement Manager on day- to-day project activities (Planning/ Execution/ Review meetings)
Make excel data analysis/ PPTs as per the requirement given by the manager.
Update project dashboard and keep all the project records up to date - weekly basis.
Follow up ongoing project actions with process improvement manager, and other department representatives and update the status.
Learn new system/ tools using online learning sources as per the requirement(PBI /Power Apps)
Requirements
Final year students who are expecting for an Internship
Industrial Management major is preferred (Not compulsory)
Good in Microsoft Advanced Excel / Power Point - Is a must.
Good in English communication
Basic Power BI Skill
