Mô tả công việc
Support to manage & update corporate systems, user account management, and IT Asset management.
Diagnosing user faults e.g login issues, profile faults, permission errors, etc.
Creation of new user accounts, including MS 365, SharePoint, Power BI Workplace.
Working with vendors directly to get warranty support for a broken device.
Provisioning working laptops/equipment and de-provisioning them.
Support to liaise with external services support to resolve issues as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
Undergraduate student
Hard-working and able to work independently and under pressure.
Has a strong desire to learn and is receptive to others' ideas
Knowledge of relevant IT fields (Network, Microsoft, Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange, infrastructure ...)
Understanding of core technologies used, including Operation system (Windows 10/11); DC, AD, IP, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Wireless; ISP, Internet, Leased line, Network device.
Detail-oriented and efficient teamwork.
Good in fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
