JOB DESCRIPTION
Process documentation
Arrange internal meeting
Follow-up open request
Support in interview process, training, and on-boarding, off-boarding process
Support in reporting
Coordinate with all stakeholders ensuring an accurate data and follow process
Other tasks if required
REQUIREMENTS
4th-year-student with major in BA, HR, English Commercial
Interested to work in Admin/ Secretary tasks
Good English skills (speaking and writing)
Good knowledge of administration (word, excel, power point ...)
No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have big advantage
Enjoy working with numbers and spreadsheet
Personal Skills, Time Management skill, Task management skill
Hard working, enthusiasm, dynamic, self-confidence to meet deadlines
Well organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
