Department: IT Division
Report to: Senior Manager - IT Trading Operation
Responsibilities:
IT Asset Management
• Maintain and update the IT asset inventory (PCs, laptops, monitors, servers, etc.).
• Manage asset tagging and asset codes.
• Track the full asset lifecycle: receiving, handover, recall, repair, and disposal.
• Support periodic asset inventory checks and reconciliation with relevant departments.
IT Governance - Procedure Documentation
• Draft IT procedures as assigned (account management, change management, operational
processes, etc.).
• Collect information from team members to complete and refine documentation.
• Submit documents for approval, update versions, and manage document control.
• Monitor procedure implementation and prepare reports when assigned.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Management, or related fields.
• No extensive experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to write clear, structured, and logical documentation.
• Good communication skills; able to ask questions when tasks are unclear.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and other tools required for process documentation.
• Careful, honest, and responsible.
• Logical mindset with a willingness to learn new things.
• Strong sense of compliance and governance.
• Proficiency in using AI tools is an advantage.
