Key Responsibilities
1. Application Support
Support daily operations on ERP (Odoo).
Report and follow up on system errors or user issues.
Assist in onboarding and basic training for users.
Ensure correct usage of the systems across departments.
2. Basic System Testing and Documentation
Support writing and executing test case, and error logging for ERP and related systems.
Support suggesting to improve users experience.
Help departments use the system more easily through effective communication.
Help maintain system usage guides and internal documentation.
3. Data and Content Handling
Ensure data entry accuracy and consistency.
Assist in maintaining and updating internal platforms (e.g., CMS).
4. Confidentiality Management
Ensure data entry accuracy and consistency.

5. Support in System Projects
Provide support during small system (almost workflows) improvements or roll-outs.
Communicate clearly with relevant teams for updates and changes.

Requirements
Education & Experience

Communicate clearly with relevant teams for updates and changes.
Skills & Qualities
Familiarity with ERP (preferably Odoo), LMS, or CRM systems (e.g., D365).
Basic coding skills in Python, undenstading automation workflows are beneficial.
Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or other fast-paced operational industries.
Prior experience in handling internal or operational tools in a support function.
