Act as the first line of support, ensuring smooth IT operations for end users
Monitor and manage IT service tickets with accuracy and attention to detail
Analyze incidents and requests, resolving those within L1 scope efficiently
Track and follow up on unresolved tickets, ensuring SLA compliance
Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when needed
Perform daily system checks and routine tasks following established procedures
Provide user support via phone and ticketing systems
Collaborate with international teams and ensure smooth shift handovers
Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service quality

🎯 What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field
English proficiency (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent)
Experience in IT support or customer service is a strong advantage
A proactive, reliable, and quick-learning mindset
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to have: French language skills
