JOB DESCRIPTION:

*AP (60%):
- Scan and store accounting documents, including hardcopy bank slips, contracts, OVH payments, and other payment-related documents as needed

- Download payment slips from the banking system and save them in a common folder
- Record Hoang Minh's bank debt transactions
- Prepare payment orders and advances for Hoang Minh
- Tasks required by accountants, such as stamping, obtaining signatures, and photocopying documents

*AR (40%):
- Check bank and confirm receipt to CS/Sale team.
- Download online credit note for storage.
- Arrange and store hardcopy of credit notes, contracts and other documents.
- Support to collect information to clear credit note (specify Invoice, Code customer).
- Other tasks if any.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Senior students or fresh graduates with related majors (Accounting, Finance, etc.)
- Must be able to work full-time for 6 months, with 1 day-off per month
- Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, eager to learn
- Good English and computer skills are required.
