JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (DxFAC)
YOUR ROLES
- You will join our Industrial Business Unit and work on digital transformation projects for factories and manufacturing operations - MES, WMS, CMMS, Production Planning & Scheduling.
- You will work alongside Senior BAs, Product, Engineering, and customers: understanding business problems, analyzing how operations actually work, and turning messy real-world needs into requirements a team can build from.
- Most junior BAs have only ever been asked to do one thing: *listen to the requirement, write it down, hand it to Development.
- That is not the job here, and we are not expecting you to have already outgrown it. We are hiring for how you think, not for what you have been allowed to do so far.
BUSINESS ANALYST's RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze the business problem: Run interviews and workshops with customers. Map As-Is / To-Be processes. Find the pain points, business rules, constraints, and dependencies. Ask questions when information is incomplete or contradictory. Keep facts, assumptions, and opinions clearly separated.
- Turn problems into requirements: Write process flows, use cases, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria. Think through the exceptions and edge cases that real factory operations will throw at the solution. Make sure Product, Development, and QA can act on what you wrote without guessing.
- Work with the customer and the team: Join discovery sessions and solution reviews. Clarify requirements when things shift mid-development. Raise risks and inconsistencies early rather than after they become expensive.
- Learn the domain: You will be learning manufacturing from scratch, and that is expected. You will also be learning to see a factory from several angles at once - operator, supervisor, engineer, plant manager - because they rarely want the same thing.

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Around 1-2 years as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role, including at least one real software project where you worked with developers, QA, product, or customers;
- Logical thinking: You can break a large problem into parts, organize a lot of scattered information, spot where two things contradict each other, and explain *why* you reached your conclusion;
- Critical thinking: The business asked for it" is not a reason. You want to know what problem is actually being solved, what assumptions are underneath it, when the requirement would stop making sense, and whether something else would work better. You do not need to be right every time - you need to be able to build an argument and drop it when better evidence shows up;
- Reflective thinking: You can notice when you misunderstood something, take feedback without getting defensive, and change how you work because of it
- Ownership: You start before every task is broken down for you. You go find information you don't have. You follow a problem to its root cause instead of stopping at your part of the document. You ask for help at the right time - not immediately, not too late;
- English: You can read professional documentation, discuss work in English, and write clear emails and specs.
What You Get
- Real industrial projects: You do not need to know MES or factory operations today. You will learn how factories actually run, on live projects, with people who already know.
- Mentorship that is specific: Senior BAs will give you concrete feedback on how you ask questions, structure analysis, write requirements, handle stakeholders, and defend your reasoning.
- AI and automation as standard tools: We use AI and structured BA frameworks to cut repetitive documentation work, so analysts spend their time on analysis, problem solving, and customers.
- Room to grow past documentation: The path here runs Discovery → Business Analysis → Solution Design → Customer Consulting.
Nice to have
- Any of these is a plus, and none of them will disqualify you: manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse exposure; MES / WMS / CMMS / ERP; direct customer-facing experience; BPMN or UML; Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or Figma; a basic grasp of APIs and databases.

2. How do you think?: Describe a difficult problem at work that you did not know how to solve at first. How did you think about it, what did you do, and how did it turn out?
3.What changed your mind?: Describe a time you changed how you worked because of feedback, a mistake, or something you learned. What made you change, and what do you do differently now?
Use real examples from your own experience. Generic answers, or answers with no specific situation behind them, will not be prioritized.
One Last Thing: You do not need to know Industrial. You do not need to know every BA framework or tool. You do not need to know everything. What we care about: when you hit a problem you have never seen before, do you know how to ask questions and break it down? When a requirement does not make sense, are you comfortable asking why? When the evidence says you were wrong, can you change your position?
