1. Social Media (50%)
• Develop innovative/creative Facebook and TikTok content strategy and execution aligned with our brand voice, target audience and marketing objectives.
• Basic editing (Canva and CapCut level) and an eye for trend/detail is a must.
• Be a talent inhouse of brand who incharge for TikTok video content and host livstream for Ecom campaign monthly.
• Stay up to date with beauty and digital marketing trends on best practices and emerging trends in social media to grow brand awareness especially is TikTok channel.
• Work closely with Designer to create creative briefing to produce visual/video/VMD which manage the brand image/DNA which following to brand guideline and social content strategy for online/offline channels.
• Take responsibility for social fanpage management: reply comment, inbox and take care of customer.
• Report and analyze in depth brand's social media channels performance.
• Analysis audience insight index to propose the suitable content.
• Work closely with agency, partner about content social, creative artwork/video, seeding, UGC content to deliver brand message and image exactly.
• Work and maintain communication with KOLs/KOCs/Creators/Partners agency to organize co-marketing activities.
2. Product Marketing Management (30%):
• Be responsible for MKT sample/stock management to help update real-time the quantity of stock and request order when needed.
• Translate and create product documents as sub-label, ads license, traning file, PDP which following to material from Head Quarter or Line Manager requirements.
• Create creative briefing and work with in-house production team to produce campaign assets using on retailers' channels.
• Ship samples, gift, sponsored products to Partnerrs when needed.
• Be a team member of MKT team to brainstorm, research and give idea for MKT plan/New product launching plan to get the brands's purposes.
3. Others Task (20%):
• Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, PR campaign and website)
• Working closely with MBS vendor (multiple brands store): branded content plan, site check market, product display/VMD management.
• Performing market analysis and research on competition.
• Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and event execution.
• Support Ecom team to do daily task and during campaign about creative idea visual audit, quick update competitors' campaign weekly.
• Paperwork management: review, follow, manage, deliver and tracking process.
• Other tasks following business requirement.

Education and Experience
• University graduated or Second or Third-year university students that available to work full-time
• Background in marketing/social media content is preferable.
