Define and implement data governance strategy, policies, and processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, security, and consistency across the ecosystem.
Manage and maintain high-quality master data across key systems (ERP, CRM, PIM); develop and document data models, flows, mappings, and validation rules.
Handle business requests for data creation and updates (vendors, customers, products, pricing, promotions).
Collaborate with business units and IT teams to ensure alignment of data standards and system operations.
Support Data Analytics team in report design and setup.
Monitor, analyze, and cleanse data to remove duplicates, errors, and obsolete records.
Identify data quality improvement opportunities; train users and ensure compliance with data governance guidelines.
Manage user access control and permissions across systems.

Yêu cầu công việc
Basic to solid knowledge of Financial Accounting, with the ability to:
◦ Read and understand financial data
◦ Analyze data related to revenue, cost, and operational performance
Ability to calculate, monitor, and evaluate performance based on KPIs, with a clear understanding of target setting and KPI payout mechanisms
Experience working with AX/ 365
Experience working with information security practices,
Experience working with domain structures and user authentication,
Experience working with relational databases,
Good communication skills to communicate with the BUs in EN and VN,
Good skills in data administration, design, and architecture.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
