Partnership Support & Coordination
Assist in researching, identifying, and onboarding new merchant partners across various industries (F&B, Fashion, Retail, etc.).
Support in negotiating and executing partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of merchant deals.
Market Research & Data Analysis
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and potential partnership opportunities.
Track and analyze merchant performance metrics to optimize partnership strategies.
Marketing & Promotion Support
Assist in developing marketing initiatives to enhance merchant visibility and engagement.
Coordinate special deals, campaigns, and loyalty programs to drive redemption rates and sales growth.
Operational & Administrative Tasks
Manage and update merchant partnership databases, agreements, and promotional assets.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Education & Background
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields.
Strong interest in partnership development, business growth, and digital commerce.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (comfortable liaising with merchants and internal teams).
Proactive, dynamic, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Marketing & Business Development (experience in campaign execution is a plus).
Analytical mindset - ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets (experience with CRM tools is a plus).
English proficiency is a plus.

Allowance: 4,000,000 VND Gross per month.
Working Time: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
Hands-on experience: You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and build practical knowledge over 3-6 months.
On-the-job Training: Get dedicated guidance from experienced mentors who will help you develop both professional expertise and a strong work mindset.
