Workplace IT Service Desk job description, here is a selection of duties to include:
Deploy Operating System follow Standard images & installation checklist of bank.
Setting up accounts for new users
Manage activities related to IT Asset (Hardware, software...) to track log report.
Monitoring and maintaining endpoints related to Trellix, SCCM, XDR, ForcePoint, AgileMark... to make sure all machines comply with bank policy & up to date.
Perform Security patching for end users' machines.
Providing technical support across the company & responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests (Support directly or via Remote support Phone, Teams, Email...)
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Possibly training users and staff
Provides support to employees or customers regarding technical inquiries. Diagnoses to isolate the nature of the problem and resolves support issues.
Thoroughly documents incidents case to report to line manager.
Identifies, troubleshoot and resolves software, hardware and network failures for end users.
Performs the installation, configuration, upgrades, repair and preventative maintenance of software, hardware and/or simple systems.
Maintains awareness of current tools, methodologies and technologies associated to Workplace IT Service Desk.
May perform other job duties as assigned

English (Writing, reading and communication skill)
IT Helpdesk skill (MCSA required and have knowledge about O365, Endpoint, IP Phone)
Work pressure and have a sense of responsibility for work
