How You'll Make an Impact
As a top-tier System Administrator at Kopato AI, you'll be a key driver in our mission to transform the consumer credit ecosystem. We are searching for exceptional talent from India (Bangalore), Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh), the Philippines (Manila), and Latin America (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia). Your deep experience with complex financial systems and CRMs, particularly Interprose and Looker, will be crucial to our success. You'll ensure the reliability of our platform and a smooth data flow for our clients and teams while working the US Eastern Time Zone. Your efforts will directly bridge product development and daily operations, translating our innovative AI technology into tangible business success.
What You'll Do
System Configuration & Operations
- Configure Interprose for live operations during US timezone
- Configure and maintain reports and dashboards on Interprose and Looker
- Manage system configurations for optimal performance
Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients and sales team on onboarding processes
- Configure import/export file exchanges for client data
- Ensure smooth data flow between client systems and internal platforms
Interface with vendor
- Escalate to Interprose if there are Interprose bugs, or questions regarding how to setup/configure Interprose
- Work with other vendors (payment processors, scrubs and skip tracing etc.) to resolve issues and ensure timely processing of data.
Support & Escalation
- Provide first-line operational system support
- Write clear escalation tickets for product team to handle issues outside US timezone
- Monitor system performance and identify issues proactively
Product Collaboration
- Feed requirements for new features and bug fixes to product team
- Document operational gaps and improvement opportunities
- Test and validate system changes before production deployment

Yêu cầu công việc

Required Skills
- Experience with CRM/collection systems (Interprose preferred)
- SQL and data analysis capabilities
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work US timezone hours
- Experience with file transfer protocols and data exchange formats
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in debt collection or financial services industry
- Familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools
- Understanding of compliance requirements (FDCPA, TCPA)
- Experience with API integrations and data mapping
