CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC
1. Technical Solutions:
- Provide consultation and design IT infrastructure solutions, including network systems, Data Centers, Cloud, Security, etc., tailored to specific business needs.
- Develop products/solutions for sales.
- Prepare technical documentation to support sales activities.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and product introductions.
- Proactively seek, engage, and build relationships with partners and customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales staff to engage customers and develop sales strategies.
2. Support for Product Development and Implementation:
- Provide technical support during project implementation.
- Define requirements for commercial product development.
3. Other Responsibilities:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, preferably in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
- Possession of international technical certifications (e.g., MCSE, LPI, RHCE, Unix, VMWare) is a strong advantage.
- Proven hands-on experience in deploying enterprise-level system solutions.
- Solid experience in consulting and implementing system solutions from major vendors such as DELL, IBM, HPE, ORACLE, etc.
- Strong foundational knowledge of system, network, software, application, and hardware technologies.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise technical documentation.
- Demonstrated capability in project planning, strategic thinking, and managing complex technical initiatives.
