Job Summary
Lead the development and maintenance of quality systems, set standards, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements in lithium-ion battery production.
Key Responsibilities
Quality System Management
Establish and maintain quality system standards and ensure compliance.
Oversee execution of quality processes.
Quality Improvement
Monitor quality performance and lead improvement initiatives.
Lead or co-lead investigations into quality incidents and verify corrective actions.
Data Analysis & Leadership
Lead data analysis to drive quality enhancements.
Coach and support team members to build capabilities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Automation, Chemistry, or Material Analysis.
Experience: 5+ years in lithium-ion battery manufacturing preferred. Proficient in quality tools for troubleshooting and data analysis.
Skills:
Fluent in English (reading and writing); strong spoken English preferred.
Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
Other: Willingness to travel frequently.
