Purpose of the role
As a Product Analyst for Deliveree, you will participate in defining and building new experiences along with the booking and delivery journeys of customers in the Deliveree apps and web platforms. You will be responsible for product launches and education in your country, acting as a product evangelist for both our customers and drivers as well as our internal operations and business teams.
Description of Job
• You will be in charge of product launches, quality and education in your country.
• You will act as a Stakeholder and work with in-country team members and senior management team to define business requirements to be communicated and clarified to the PDC (Product Development Center) for design and implementation.
• You will be deeply involved in Product Design, Development and Launches.
• You will be in charge of in-country UAT, feedback, quality, launches, and after-launch support.
• Own projects/products/features from conception to launch, and evolution after launch.
• Work with Stakeholders and Regional Product Team members to understand the vision and requirements.
• You will participate in scoping documentation, use cases, workflows, wireframes, design and product requirements and other materials as needed to support UX design and development.
• Work with regional product and dev teams to define data & metrics to be measured, and implement dashboards and track product and features performance.
• Analyze data to derive business insights.
• You will be in charge of country internal communications, education and training of new products or features rollout.
• You will generate KPI and operations reports.
• You will be responsible for the overall product quality in-country, develop process, test cases implementation with internal teams, and reporting.

• Undergraduate in business, math, statistics, finance, accounting and engineering.
• Fresh graduates or interns who can commit full-time are welcome to apply.
• Strong with data analysis and SQL queries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives under tight deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to excel in a startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills including speaking, presenting, writing.
• Used to be a Project Manager, Project Leader, Business Analyst or QC Engineer is a plus.
• Excellent with web and mobile standards, UX principles, designs and usability is a plus.
• Excellent at product specifications and wireframing is a plus.
• Excellent in English, both verbal and written skills.
• Proactive and high sense of responsibility, ambitious, willing to learn, hardworking.
• Accountable, "Can do and get things done" attitude, independent and resourceful.
