This position ensures the data generated from the trials is properly analyzed, communicated, and integrated into future operations. This position holder is responsible for:
1. Data Analysis and Trial Reporting
Analyzes and validates data.
Identifies trends and key findings.
Prepares scientific reports and presentations.
Ensures trial results can support technical and business decisions.
Collaborates and shares technical findings with trial operators to improve trial implementation.
2. SOP Management and Process Improvement
Reviews, adjusts, and updates existing SOPs for shrimp/fish trials and other related operations.
Ensures updated SOPs accurately reflect current operational practices and trial outcomes.

Involvement and Trial Support
Participates in daily nursery and trial activities, including water monitoring, feeding, and shrimp/fish care.
Assists in supervising the efficient and safe use of required materials.

Tasks
Participates in monthly safety reviews and technical meetings.
Assists occasionally with other projects and external trial support.
Performs other tasks assigned by the manager.
