• Gather and analyze business requirements from users and related departments
• Understand and document current business processes and workflow
• Create process documents such as PDD, workflow diagrams, test scenarios, and UAT documents
• Coordinate with RPA developers during automation development
• Perform functional testing, UAT testing, and issue validation for UiPath automation projects
• Monitor automation performance and support issue analysis after deployment
• Communicate with overseas teams and business users in English
• Support continuous improvement activities for automation processes

Required Qualifications
• Good English communication skills (speaking, writing, and documentation).
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Tester, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of business process flow and system logic.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation work.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in RPA projects or UiPath environment.
• Experience in the garment/manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and UAT process.
• Korean language skill is a strong advantage.
