Analyze business requirements and system workflows in collaboration with stakeholders.
Design, develop, debug, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Power Platform and O365 APIs.
Operate and maintain existing solutions, including daily monitoring of RPA/automation tools.
Document solutions via flowcharts, layouts, and user manuals.
Support additional tasks as assigned.
For leader role:
Oversee daily operations, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
Ensure SLA adherence and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports.
Train and mentor junior team members.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online.
Good command of English.
Knowledge of web part development, page layouts, content types via O365 APIs.
Experience with multiple design frameworks is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
