Receive Purchase Orders and Request for Quotation/ Information (RFQ/RFI) from customers
Revert and track delivery plan to customer, after finalizing with internal planning team
Work closely with the production planning department to monitoring progress of production to ensure OTIF (on-time, in-full)
Work closely with production and technical team to follow up on status of new project development, orders or shipment
Work closely with shipping department or freight forwarder to arrange for delivery of each shipment. Get all the shipping information updated and correct.
Support accounting staff in the completion of billing records and account receivables
Follow up with customers on new development project, working closely with internal production team to keep the project speed up, control timeline with the most effective result, have flexibility to all related issues during project processing with problem solving skills.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Project management experience in the export, textile,furniture. Candidates will be specialized training in plastic packaging
Candidates who have experience with international clients will be high advantage.
Excellent communication skills required
Knowledge and experience in customer service preferable
Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities and commitments.
Pro-active in all situations, always endeavor to find the optimal method to deliver the highest performance
Being team player, energetic, well organized
Fluent in English - TOEIC> = 650.
