Mô tả công việc
Organize workshops based on AM's requirements and prepare event content when needed.
Create and manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to generate leads.
Research and compile lists of potential customers.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Prepare content for events and recruitment.
Support customer relationship management and assist in client retention when required.
Update and maintain documents and sales records.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good at English communication (preferred).
Basic knowledge of IT is a plus.
Strong self-motivation.
Able to work independently or in a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
