• Work in different projects to write complex HR related software applications under the direction of the Group Board of Directors, Group HR-Team and the groupwide Digital Transformation Office (DTO)
• Ensure the security and integrity of HR data
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in HR software development
• Plan, organize and coordinate maintenance, development and operation of the systems
• Troubleshoot, debug and identify areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
• Conduct system audits and studies to monitor compliance with policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations
• Work closely with other Software Developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Integrate HR software components with other enterprise applications/third-party programs
• Create reports and technical documentation on programming project specifications, system architecture, designs, activities, or status
• Analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents to provide comprehensive technical & analytical support to users
• Being involved in the development of other applications, e.g. ERP and web systems, which are mainly based on Microsoft .NET framework, SQL Server technology or similar
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Group Board of Directors and Head of DTO
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least two years of project management experience in systems implementation with .NET, WCF, WEB API, Entity Framework
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, C/C++, .NET version 4 or above, Java, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, REST, HTML/CSS, XML, MVC, MVVM, Bootstraps, SQL server (2008 R2 and 2016/2017), and other open source
• Experience with HR software platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) is beneficial
• Understanding of HR processes/workflows and experience with cloud-based HR solutions preferred
• Able to multitask and lead multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
