Job Description

We are looking for experienced and passionate members to join our team in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications for our clients.

Responsibilities

• System Architecture & Design: Analyze requirements to propose technical solutions and effort estimations; design scalable, maintainable application structures and optimize database schemas (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• End-to-End Development: Develop high-performance web applications and APIs using PHP, Java, and Angular, ensuring seamless integration between frontend, backend, and external services.
• Quality Assurance & Security: Maintain high code quality through unit testing and code reviews, while optimizing application performance, data integrity, and robust security standards.
• Cloud & System Maintenance: Utilize AWS services for deployment and monitoring, while proactively troubleshooting and improving existing systems to ensure stability.
• Technical Documentation: Produce comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including architecture designs and API specifications.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and mentor junior developers and interns, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with PMs, DevOps, and QC teams to deliver features on time, and engage directly with international clients (Singapore-based) in English to align on project goals.

General Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Core Fundamentals: Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Architecture.
• Security & Networking: Understanding of security best practices (OWASP, JWT, OAuth2) and network protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, RESTful API).
• Soft Skills: Intermediate English proficiency (ability to discuss technical topics); strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Mindset: Proactive, initiative-taker, and familiar with Agile/Waterfall development processes.

Java Engineer:

• Experience: 3+ years in Java Server Programming (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Infrastructure: Experience with Application Servers (Tomcat, JBoss) and Cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Performance: Skilled in optimizing application performance and handling large-scale data.
• Modern Protocols: Familiarity with MQTT, WebSocket, RPC, and modern database systems.
• Quality: Experience in Unit testing (Mockito, Jupiter) and security testing (SAST/DAST).

PHP Engineer:

• Experience: 3+ years in PHP backend development (Laravel or Symfony).
• Database: Strong experience in RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and database design.
• Cloud/DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing: Proficient in Unit testing and integration testing.
• Architecture: Experience with Microservices and scalable system design.

Angular Engineer:

• Experience: 4+ years in Frontend development (Angular/React).
• Web Technologies: Expert in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and AJAX.
• UI/UX: Strong experience in web layout design and UI/UX principles.
• Creative Tools: Basic knowledge of Backend and image processing (Photoshop/Illustrator/GIMP).
• Identity: Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) and encryption concepts.
