JOB DESCRIPTION
MISSION
Leasing Management System Specialist works directly under Leasing Management System Manager.
Manage the process and professional activities of leasing; Regularly and closely monitor the leasing situations; Make reports based on the system data.
Other duties from line manager
ACTIVITIES
Support the leasing professional activity and managing the Leasing Management to ensure a smooth operation all the time.
Identify mistakes and abnormal activities on the system comparing to the reality to adjust and issue warning in time.
Make reports weekly, monthly and quarterly based on the system data; Ensure the report done precisely, in time.
Coordinate with Accounting, Finance team to ensure issue Financial invoice, income accruals and allocation precisely, in time.
Perform other requested tasks
REQUIREMENTS
COMPETENCIES
Have ability to understand and analyze the data related to the business, having knowledges about finance, accounting but not necessary .
Having initiative in work, sense of responsibility.
Trustfull, carefully,clearly and sense of confidentiality.
REQUIRED BACKGROUND AND ATTITUDE
Education: Final Year Student, preferably majoring in Economics, Finance, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Accounting or Applied Accounting, Business Management.
Language: English
Office skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point...)(preferable), Power BI reporting would be a plus
