I. Job Purpose
To plan, execute and evaluate retail promotion programs that increase customer traffic, improve brand visibility and support sales growth across the retail store network.
II. Key Responsibilities
Promotion Planning
• Develop annual and monthly retail promotion plans aligned with business objectives.
• Propose promotion ideas based on sales performance, seasonality and market trends.
• Coordinate promotion calendars with Marketing, Sales and Operations teams.
Promotion Execution
• Plan and execute retail campaigns including:
o Big Sale
o Member Day
o Brand Day
o POP-UP Events
o Product Launch
o Seasonal Campaigns
• Ensure all stores execute promotion activities according to company guidelines.
POSM & Store Communication
• Prepare and distribute promotion guidelines.
• Coordinate POSM production and delivery.
• Monitor POSM installation and store execution quality.
• Handle promotion issues and provide support to stores.
Retail Activation
• Participate in store merchandising and display planning.
• Cooperate with VMD team to improve customer experience.
• Coordinate external events and brand activation activities.
Performance Analysis
• Monitor promotion effectiveness.
• Analyze Sell-out, traffic and promotion ROI.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Market Intelligence
Collect market information including
• Competitor activities
• Promotion programs
• Customer feedback
• Consumer buying behavior
• Retail trends
Provide recommendations to improve business performance.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with

• Marketing
• VMD
• Store Operation
to ensure successful execution of promotion campaigns.
Partnership
Develop partnership opportunities with shopping malls and external brands to increase brand awareness and customer traffic.

III. Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in
• Marketing
• Business Administration
• Economics
• Commerce
or related majors.
Experience
• 1+ years in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing or Sales Promotion.
Experience in

• FMCG
• Consumer Electronics
Experience with
• Shopping Mall
• Modern Trade

is preferred.
