Lead, manage & develop a team, helping them to achieve their full potential and maintain high standards and quality of work.
Ensure that all services are delivered within the framework's core values and in line with existing policies and procedures
Actively promote and support inclusion, ensuring that individuals are supported to participate in community and work opportunities according to their interests and goals
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, utilizing clear goals and objective setting to help the team succeed
Performance management: career counseling, coaching, performance development, 1:1's mentoring, Team huddle, Ops calibration etc... to make sure the team achieves the glide goal.
Control Team roster to be efficient and work with QAs/Trainers to gather feedback regarding productivity and quality problems for service improvement.

1-year minimum supervising/leading a team or senior agent/ specialist staff
Experience in Content Moderation, Contact Center, E-Commerce, Customer Service, Consultant, Data, Telesales, and Moderation is a plus
Experience in a high-growth organization strongly preferred
Strong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring diverse teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
